Disability and Awareness Networking Event
Building disability awareness is a key part of INDI's role. Our next Disability Awareness and Networking event is on Thursday 24th May, Carnival Hall Community Centre, Basingstoke. The event is now full but please enquire about the waiting list. It is free for all voluntary and community sector groups.
We are holding this event in partnership with Hampshire Independent Equality Forum and Basingstoke and District Disability Forum
Infrastructure Network for Disability Information (INDI) South East is a project funded by Big Lottery Fund to provide a networking and information service for voluntary and community sector organisations who are involved in the disability sector.
Our services include:
• Local networking meetings for disability organisations. Fill in the contact form to receive more information.
• Providing and sharing disability related information.
• An on-line directory of key disability organisations in the South East.
• Providing active support for representations from the disability sector into consultation processes.
• Establishing local disability networks where they don’t already exist.
• Bringing together regional representatives in disability discussions.
• Regular updates of developments in the sector.
